Regular- Midi Surplice Neckline Dress With Long Illusion Sleeves and Tulip Overlay Cascade High/Low Skirt

This dress is really pretty on! The ruffling is soft and airy, so it lays nicely, but it also flows when you dance or walk. The under layer slip is tacked to the chiffon so it won't move around or shift on you. I ordered my normal size, and it fits well. I'm only 5'4", so it is a bit long in the back on me, but I wear heels with it so that's not really an issue. Plus it is light weight, which is perfect for summer. I originally found this dress at a major department store, but they didn't have my size, so I was happy to find it here at a lower price.
