Our warehouse ships orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped FedEx ground, which takes 1-5 days depending on where you live in the country.
We do not offer expedited shipping & only ship in the United States.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.

We hope you found what you were looking for. If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached
- Final sale items cannot be returned
If you are returning a purchase, a $12 restocking & return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.
How do I return my order?
All eligible returns must be initiated by contacting us via email to alexevenings@alexapparel.com.
Please include your PO number and name in email. We will send you a packing slip and a return label.
We gladly accept returns for orders placed on our site, within 30 days of delivery date, as long as the item are unworn and undamaged with all tags attached
Can I cancel my order?
We only accept cancellations on orders that have not shipped yet. Our warehouse works to get orders out as quickly as possible, so it is often too late to make a cancellation.
To cancel your order, please email us at alexevenings@alexapparel.com as soon as possible after you place your order.
In the event that it is too late to cancel, we can process a return for you after you receive the item(s). Please note that final sale items are ineligible for a return.
What does “Final Sale” mean?
Final sale items are products reduced in price found in our Outlet Store. These items cannot be returned.
How long does it take to get my refund?
You can expect your refund to process within approximately 3-7 business days of your merchandise arriving at our warehouse.
Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once we have processed a refund.
What should I do if I am sent the incorrect item?
In the unlikely event that we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately at 1-888-ALEX-EVE, Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM ET, or email alexevenings@alexapparel.com.
Can I make an exchange?
